Refund policy

At Move In Silence, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at misapparelco@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
