At Move In Silence, all products are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at majorfilmsnyc@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
